Life is like a theatre play taking place in a welcoming open kitchen to the garden,

surrounded with spices, colors, freshness, smells of coffee, and abundant creativity with a big dash of laughter and happy music for the soul.

Deeply rooted in ancient wisdom, and gratitude for the elements we co-live with,

it took decades of inspired actions, travels, grass root volunteering, becoming a mom, and choosing to honor my values,

to feel safe enough to share my embodied personal growth and feel confident enough to share my stories and teach my gifts to a wider community.

I am passionate about taking action and be part of making a difference in this world, and leaving a positive legacy. Energy healing modalities are my my magic wand.
